The Self-Love Game plan is a 90-day journey to support you in building a consistent daily routine.

The time is fast approaching to begin energetic preparations for the gateway opening of 2020.

As you continue to open and expand your heart, you raise your frequency and shift into a state of receiving and being, in Joy, gratitude & unconditional love. 

Much is expanding on the micro and macrocosm of the holographic structure, and as you learn to call in the expanded frequencies of light daily you will begin to uncover the true feeling of connection.

This plays out into your everyday experiences, how you show up, how you respond, how you clear/cleanse your energy, how you receive, how you connect, how you create, how you learn, your health in the way you look after your body, your wealth in the way you look at money, finances and the way you look at energy patterns. The conversations you have, the people you are close to in your life, the decisions you make.

This is a year to dive deep into the patterns, diving deep without the need to know how and where it started - for this can be a rabbit hole within itself. This catches so many in a spinning loop, the soul yearning to understand the source inception point of such experiences.

Yet there is no time, so there is no starting point, there is no endpoint there is infinity. So with a new approach, you get to loop into a different pattern, weaving in a different frequency, a different viewpoint of reality, call it a vantage point as everything has already existed and nothing has existed at all.

So to make a jump, a leap in time-space, you must first be willing to surrender the need to answer the question/ or questions of the current set of beliefs, circumstances, experiences.

Much like an artist paints, he/she does not try to go back but simply paints over, perhaps choosing different colors, or paints the canvas white again.

  • I already have a self-care practise can I still do the course?

    Amazing! Yes you can use the teachings, tools and guided transmissions and weave into your existing practice. Which will help to support a richer connection over your 90 day journey.

  • I find it hard to stick to a daily routine

    That's ok, this course is super easy to follow to start keeping you on track to open your heart daily, feel more connected to your truth and less stuck in fear.

  • I have limited time with work, kids etc can I still join?

    Min will need 10-20 minutes to connect! That's less than time spent on social media each day. :)

  • I can't make the live calls, will there be a replay?

    Of course! The calls are just as powerful live or recorded. They will be in your program portal shortly after the live transmission

  • What is light language & DNA Activation?
